We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Associate who is eager to kickstart their real estate career or advance to the next level by stepping into an exciting role within an award-winning team.

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in our operations by shadowing our residential agents, learning the varying facets of a real estate transaction.

It’s a fast-paced role, working alongside award winning salespeople, with strong local knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.

Our 12-month success program includes mentoring, hands-on learning, and dedicated study time to obtain your real estate license within the first three months. As part of the Ray White family, you’ll have access to all the tools and support necessary for success.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and database management
• Responding to property enquiry including showing properties to prospective buyers
• Preparation of listing kits and researching content for market appraisals
• Attending meetings with photographers, valuers etc
• Liaise with vendors and buyers
• Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
• Participate in training and mentoring

About You: 

• Possess a strong work ethic with a thirst for knowledge and career advancement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Sound understanding of systems and processes.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients.  
• Highly motivated and results driven. 
• Possess your own vehicle and current driver’s licence.  
• Willingness to obtain your real estate licence within a 3-6 month period
